This Shipping & Delivery Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read in conjunction with our main Terms. We encourage you to thoroughly review this Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products, as it applies to any order you place with us.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@summittlabs.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including Proof of Purchase, Customer Details, and Authorization. Mail your return to the following address: 5901 Orient Rd, Tampa, FL 33610 – United States.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us using the information provided below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Shipping & Delivery Options
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the following rates apply:
- Exclusive Shipping – Flate Rate $9.99
- Specialized Items – Flat Rate $12.99
- Free Shipping – Orders Over $75.00
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will provide any additional shipping information after you place your order. Please note that all delivery times and dates are estimates given in good faith.
Other Shipping Details
- Subscriptions: For subscription purchases, delivery will be aligned with your subscription renewal date.
- International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.
- Order Delays: If there is a delay in the delivery of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

Heat & Temperature Notice
If temperatures exceed 80 degrees within Florida, and you order a perishable product, such as gummies, we strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping via FedEx Express. If the gummies are damaged, we will refund or exchange the product and, if applicable, cover the return shipping costs. However, if you choose standard shipping despite the temperature warning, we will not be responsible for the condition of the product, and you will not be eligible for a refund or return.
Free Shipping & Heat Impact
For orders exceeding $75.00 and eligible for free shipping, we will ship via the expedited method if a perishable product is ordered. In the event of damage, we will work with you to offer a refund or exchange.
